Why join

A Co-Pilot job is a better job.

The device does the diagnosis. Your shop does what it does best — the fix — faster, with the parts already on the bench.

Pre-diagnosed jobs

Every Co-Pilot aircraft arrives with a data packet — the fault, the trend, the probable cause, the manual reference and the parts to pre-stage. You fix, you don't re-diagnose.

Higher first-time-fix

Arrive at the aircraft already knowing the likely fix. Less diagnostic time, fewer return visits, better throughput.

Routed the work

Listed in the network with coverage tags for your engines, services and region — Co-Pilot routes matching jobs to you, AOG included.

The network makes you sharper

Every repair you report back feeds the shared Response Library — the whole network gets smarter, and so does your shop.

How to become a vetted shop

Four steps to listed.

Apply

Tell us your certifications, engine authorizations, services and region. Minutes, not paperwork.

Get vetted

We confirm credentials (A&P/IA, EASA Part-145 or local equivalent), insurance, engine coverage, capacity and regulatory standing.

Train & certify

A short Co-Pilot course: reading the data packet, the handoff protocol, feedback discipline, and the advisory/read-only boundary. Certify on completion.

Sign & get listed

Sign the network agreement, then go live with coverage tags. A short probation on your first jobs, then full preferred status.

Training & certification

What "Co-Pilot-trained" means.

A short course that makes a Co-Pilot aircraft a faster, cleaner job for your shop — and certifies you for the network.

  • What Co-Pilot is — read-only engine intelligence, the crash-survivable recorder, the ground-ops tiers.
  • Reading the Data Packet — use the Response Library entry, the trend and the manual references to arrive knowing the fix.
  • The handoff protocol — acceptance, ETA, parts pre-stage, status updates, closing the loop.
  • Feedback discipline — report the real root cause and fix; it sharpens the Library for everyone.
  • The boundary — Co-Pilot is advisory and read-only; your A&P/IA keeps sign-off authority; OEM for writes.
